Lovely music from live bands and disco tunes til late
This London trio (featuring a member of sistah punks BIG JOANIE) play rumbling post-punk with a ubiquitous pounding baseline. Through the glorious noise and PIXIES-esque call and response vocals, their songs maintain a pop sensibility and their on-stage energy is infectious – bring your dancing shoes!
DAYS FADE, NIGHTS GROW
Ultragothic, discordant cut n paste tape music juxtaposing personal lyrics with alienating industrial sounds. This solo project from perpetually active London punk Camille Rearden (of TOWEL & SCRAP BRAIN) seemingly came outta nowhere and we’re super excited to experience the live show.
Angular post punk for fans of THE SLITS/THE RAINCOATS. The beloved Bristol based guitar & drums duo say of their most recent album: ‘The Sinister World bellies! conjure is populated by vast piles of poisonous digital waste, decomposing lives, the tyrannical reign of the credit devil, oodles of drivel, too much data and distracted consciousness.’ Let’s decay together.
